Just got this article in an email. It seems i’s really having an effect in the office today, and I can see why . You guys do amazing stuff.Potential, potential, potential. You’re right it’s a scary word. It makes me realize all the time I waste and all the steps I should take. I think potential is a good yardstick for knowing where we could be, but at the same time it might be literally impossible to reach your full potential, because even if you reached your ideal you’ll spot something else you can improve in.
